Our Refund Policy

You have the right to request a refund for your order within 31 days after the date of delivery. If the product you have received is damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our customer services team’s email: info@HealthierTapWater.ie who will notify you of our return procedure.

If you want to return any items and you live in the Republic of Ireland, you can drop your package off at your local post office with an post reference number which we will provide. Your invoice order number is your reference number. If you are returning an item that you received as incorrect or faulty, we will pay for the return postage fees. For all returns, please ensure the following:

1. The goods are repackaged in their original packaging.

2. Your receipt and invoice are with your returns.

3. You have indicated your reason for return. Your refund will be issued once the return has been received. Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited.

Please note: we can’t accept returns for exchange or refund without a valid receipt. Goods must be returned ‘as sold’ in the original packaging complete ‘as new’. Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging in the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. Goods must be returned to our Return Department within 31 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 31 days.

Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Department to check for completeness and correct product return. If you wish to cancel your order after already paying, you need to inform us by email immediately.
